Paddle is our merchant of record and processes every refund. Nothing here removes your statutory rights. If the law gives you a right to a refund, you have it.
Full report
These terms are in addition to your statutory rights. You can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the report has not been generated. If the report failed for a reason on our side you can have a refund or a re-run. Tell us which you prefer.
Watch
Cancel any time from your account or from the link on your Paddle receipt. Access continues to the end of the paid month. We do not refund a part month except where the law requires it.
Audits
Refunds follow the order form for your audit.
